Advocate in 1986 bearing enrolment No.D-520/86.

Has been Assistant Standing Counsel Govt. of Bihar at Supreme Court for 1996 to 1999.

Has been Sr. Panel Advocate of Govt of India at Delhi High Court.

Has been panel advocate of Govt of India at Supreme Court also.

Has been panel advocate of Steel Authority Govt. of India.

Presently Standing Counsel for Railway at CAT (PB), New Delhi. He has conducted several famous cases of National Level at Supreme Court including Mandal Commission Case on behalf of State of Bihar before 9 judges’ Constitution Bench and got historic success.
