Previous Particulars

(i) Did graduation from Indraprastha College, University of Delhi in 1973.

(ii) Passed out LL.B from Delhi University in 1976 and joined practice in Supreme Court of India in the same year after getting enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi.

(iii) Subsequently shifted to service matters exclusively and was in the panel of Union of India in the Hon’ble Supreme Court in 1990, in the panel of NCT of Delhi in 1992 for Central Administrative Tribunal and High Court and also in the panel of Railways from 1998 till was elevated as Member, CAT.

a) I had given latest judgments on television, exclusively in service matters in the programme titled as `Apex Judgment’ telecasted by Doordarshan for almost a year in 1998.

b) During the period from 1993 to 1998 held various positions in the Bar Association of Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench viz. Jt. Secretary, Vice-President and President, respectively.

(iv) Was elevated as Member (Judicial) in Central Administrative Tribunal in February 2002 and posted at Ahmedabad Bench.

(v) Presently posted at Principal Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal at New Delhi from 24th December 2004.
