Appointed as Additional Standing Counsel Central Government for Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad in 1991 and conducted the cases for 13 years on behalf of the Govt. of India in service matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Selected in the panel of lawyers to conduct the cases on behalf of the Railways before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad in 1995 and has the privilege of conducting the cases on behalf of the Railways before the CAT for about 9 years.

In 2004 appointed as Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh in the
Allahabad High Court.

Appointed as Judicial Member in Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench w.e.f. 09.02.2005.
